Fundraising

Fundraising provides essential support for the students and teachers of Highland Park. School fundraising activities finance exciting opportunities and activities throughout the school. Many fundraising activities require a few moments of your time, as opposed to your money. This includes clipping your Box Tops for Education labels, Campbell's Soup labels, sending in used printer toner cartridges, and registering your Marsh Fresh Idea card. Other fundraising efforts include Market Day, Fall Festival, the Spring Carnival, to name a few.

One of the most important things you can provide is your time. Participate in PTO events, volunteer in a classroom or library, and be interactive in your child's learning process. Your involvement sets a strong example for your children, showing them that their education is important to you!

Some ways you can help, including useful links, are:

www.marketday.com

Each month, your student will bring home a flyer with a number of quality, convenient frozen food items for your family. You may return the flyer with your order information to school, or order online. Highland Park receives a percentage of the total sales. Our school Account # is 16665.

Keep an eye on your everyday grocery items and watch for the Box Tops for Education symbol. Clip these out and send them to school- Highland Park receives 10 cents for each submitted Box Top.

Campbell's Labels for Education - Nourishing people's lives everywhere, every day

Similar to the Box Tops program, Highland Park receives points for each label from Campbell's Soup Products, which are then redeemable for educational products. The labels must include the bar code, or be a cap from a qualifying product.

When you shop at Marsh, and use your registered Fresh Idea card, Marsh will contribute a portion of your purchase price to Highland Park! You can register your card HERE- our school code is 37385.

Recycling

Ever wondered about that big green dumpster in the northeast corner of the parking lot? Highland Park receives money for the recycling in that bin! Bring your newspaper, magazines and paper (please, no cardboard).

Skate Night

Western Skateland Skate Night, held once each month, provides an additional funding resource for Highland Park. We receive a portion of the night's revenues.
